Flat soled footwear such as sport or hiking shoes are required – no slip-ons. And comfortable and weather appropriate clothing for outdoor activity – no skirts or dresses. Gloves are provided but you’re welcome to bring your own or purchase a pair at reception. In the cooler months and winter, do dress warmly. If it is wet, remember to bring your wet weather gear. You might also like to bring a change of clothes for the trip home as it can get muddy when it rains.

Long hair should be tied back and all jewellery that can be removed, must be removed, as we don’t carry any liability for items lost on the tour. But you can wear your glasses or sunglasses for your enjoyment.

Family fun for all ages starting at 4 years. Group activity for corporates, schools, clubs and parties. Participants should have an average level of fitness as it is a physical challenge. The maximum weight limit is 130kg, and we may weigh you for your own safety prior to participating.

We use a world-class interlocking safety system which allows only one carabiner to be used at a time. For example, a carabiner used for the first activity will unlock only after a second carabiner has been locked to the cable of the next activity. This prevents the risk of a fall as participants won’t be able to accidentally remove themselves from the course. Without locking an open carabiner onto a cable, the locked carabiner will not release. While the ropes course is a self-guided activity, our staff are on the ground if you should need help.

Each day, inspections are conducted by trained guides who verify the safety of the cables. A more vigorous inspection by the equipment and construction manager takes place quarterly, while an independent arborist and structural engineer provides an annual report on park safety.
