Enclosed and flat soled footwear such as sport or hiking shoes are required – no slip-ons. And comfortable and weather appropriate clothing for outdoor activity – no skirts or dresses. In the cooler months and winter, do dress warmly. If it is wet, remember to bring your wet weather gear.

All jewellery that can be removed, must be removed, as we don’t carry any liability for items lost on the tour. But you can wear your glasses or sunglasses for your enjoyment.

Family fun for all ages starting at 3 years. There must be one parent, or adult guardian, accompanying children 3-13. The maximum weight is 135kg. Participants under 35kg will be required to fly tandem with accompanying adult.

For the twilight zipline, participants must be at least 12 years old and weigh 40kg or more. The minimum group size is 2 persons.

Individuals who suffer from any heart condition; visual impairment (excludes prescriptive eyewear); hearing impairment; vertigo, fear of heights, dizziness; pregnancy; respiratory condition; disability; should seek advice from their medical professional. We reserve the right to decline your participation in the tour if we believe you wouldn’t be able to complete the adventure safely.

Our zipline system is built in compliance with Australian engineering standards, designed to use gravity as a natural braking system where inclines at the end of each line slow participants down.

Each day, inspections are conducted by trained guides who fly on all lines to verify the safety of the cables. A more vigorous inspection by the equipment and construction manager takes place quarterly, while an independent arborist and structural engineer provides an annual report on park safety.

Before each tour, our guides will custom fit you into your equipment and brief you on how to keep yourself safe. And only the guide can transfer you from one line to the next. So once attached to the safety cable, you won’t be able to remove yourself from it.
